Not satisfied with your order?

If there is an issue with your order, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have. Since all of our products are uniquely personalized for our customers, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. 

Please note that our return and exchange policy also applies to products that are purchased on our website but have not yet been picked up or shipped. If you are unable to pick up your purchased item(s), you will not be refunded. We will hold your order for up to 30 days after your payment has been processed, or you can pay a shipping fee to have your items delivered to you as an alternative.
